The 3rd Society for the Scientific Study of Psychopathy conference will be held at the Chateau Bourbon - Wyndham in New Orleans, LA, USA on April 16 - 18, 2009.
The conference will start Thursday evening (around 6 pm) and end Saturday around 5 pm.
The conference will include on up-to-date research, renowned presenters in the field of psychopathy, and interesting discussions about issues in contention in the field. In addition, we have added an invited speaker for the 2009 conference. Dr. Ahmad Hariri of the University of Pittsburgh will discuss his latest research on imaging genetics.
The program will be designed to encourage and facilitate scholarly discussions with other researchers.
Most importantly, the meeting will coincide with the French Quarter Festival, so attendees can enjoy the combination of science and jazz.

The Society for the Scientific Study of Psychopathy (SSSP) is a non-profit, professional organization which was developed to promote the conduct and communication of scientific research in the field of psychopathy and to encourage education and training in those fields of science that contribute to research in psychopathy.
