PROCEDURES

Robert's Rules of Order shall govern all proceedings of the Society unless otherwise indicated by the provisions of the Articles of Organization, these By-Laws, or the laws of the State of Illinois. Interpretation of the rules shall be the responsibility of the Chairperson of the relevant meeting.
